2. Zero Upfront Fees

Jupiter Finance does not charge any upfront consultation or processing fees to customers. We are remunerated directly by our partner banks and financial institutions. Please beware of fraudulent calls asking for money on our behalf.

3. Communication Consent & DND Override

By submitting your contact details, you authorize Jupiter Finance and its partners to contact you via phone, SMS, WhatsApp, or email regarding your loan inquiry. This authorization overrides any DND (Do Not Disturb) or NDNC registration.

4. No Guarantee

Submitting an enquiry does not guarantee loan approval or loan amount. Lending decisions rest solely with the respective bank or financial institution.

5. User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information. False or misleading information may result in rejection of your enquiry.

6. Third-Party Lenders

Interest rates, fees, eligibility, documentation and other conditions are governed by the lender's policies.

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, graphics and text belong to Jupiter Finance unless otherwise stated.

8. Limitation of Liability

We are not responsible for lending decisions, delays, rejection of applications or losses arising from reliance on third-party lender decisions.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the website, upload malicious content or attempt unauthorised access.
